Dr Sanville has been a Consultant Radiologist at Stepping Hill Hospital since 1994. He has a busy private practice based next door to Ryley Mount Consulting Rooms at Norfolk House, with in-house x-ray and ultrasound facilities. He specialises in musculo-skeletal radiology, working closely with a large number of orthopaedic surgeons at Stepping Hill Hospital and Ryley Mount Consulting Rooms. He has expertise in ultrasound, CT and magnetic resonance imaging, as well as image guided biopsy and interventional techniques. At Stepping Hill Hospital he provides the interventional radiology service for treatment of liver blockage, most commonly due to gallstones. Prior to entering radiology in 1998, Dr Sanville trained at St. Georges Hospital Medical School in London qualifying in 1982. He then spent six years in a wide range of acute medical and surgical specialities, as well as in general practice. He has gained post graduate qualifications in Paediatrics, General Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He works closely with clinicians and helps advise them on the best way to use imaging to aid making clinical diagnoses. | |
